Terms and refunds

These terms apply when you buy or download a digital product from FirstWeek Kit, a brand of Social Mafia OÜ, registry code 17400703, Staapli tn 3, 10415 Tallinn, Estonia.

What you are buying

All products are digital files (spreadsheets (.xlsx), Word documents (.docx), Notion files (Markdown and CSV) and PDF guides). Nothing physical is shipped. Product pages describe what each file contains and which apps it works with. Please check that before you buy.

Payment and delivery

Checkout is run by Polar Software, Inc., which sells the products to you as Merchant of Record on our behalf. Polar's buyer terms also apply to the payment. You can download your files as soon as your payment is confirmed, and Polar emails you a link to them. If a file does not arrive or does not open, email hello@mintagency.eu and we will sort it out.

Refunds

If you are not happy with your purchase, email us within 14 days and we will refund you in full. No questions asked.

Your licence

Your purchase gives one company or organisation a licence to use and edit the templates for its own staff, on as many of its own devices as it needs. Please buy a separate copy for each additional company, including client companies.

You may not resell, share, upload or give away the files, or pass them off as your own work, in their original or edited form.

What the products are, and are not

The templates are starting points for your own documents. They are not legal or HR advice. Rules on contracts, time off, pay, data protection, safety and leaving differ by country, so have the sections marked “Check locally” reviewed by a qualified adviser.

Ownership

The designs, text and layouts are owned by Social Mafia OÜ.

Liability

We take care to make the files accurate and useful, but we cannot promise they are free of every error or right for every situation. As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the price you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. This does not take away any mandatory consumer protection you have under the law of the country where you live.
